Haven&#39;t been for a while and realised how much we missed this restaurant.  Perfect service, innovative menu and a nice atmosphere.

Samphire Jersey

The location and environment of this restaurant are very good, especially the seafood buffet, very good.

Stunning meal at Samphire, I really couldn&rsquo;t fault it. The lobster ravioli starter was incredible, the monkfish amazing and the raspberry souffl&eacute; to die for! Really busy in there so a good atmosphere as well. Really great night, allow over &pound;100 a head!

Food was excellent and beautifully presented. Lovely caramelised inion bread with Dijon mustard butter. Only criticism is that they had salt on the table but NO black pepper!

We visited last night and can&rsquo;t begin to tell you how disappointed we were. We were constantly having to wait long periods for our drinks, my partners steak had to be sent back to the kitchen TWICE to be cooked properly (her request for &lsquo;well done&rsquo; was simply being ignored.  In addition to this they forgot to bring up some of our &lsquo;sides&rsquo; so we had to start our meals without them!  Expected so much more from this restaurant! Would definitely not visit again as our complaint on the night was simply overlooked / ignored!

We chose this restaurant to celebrate my parents diamond wedding anniversary. The staff were extremely welcoming, the food was delicious and nicely presented and the small gesture of making the evening memorable was deeply touching.
